Highly professional – Very pleasant!!! Derek and his crew from First Choice were prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. Like anything, if you’re waiting for a 3rd party to deliver, it doesn’t always happen in your timeline. Derek was very good about letting me know when the shutters (on order/custom) were delayed. The communication was excellent! And unlike many jobs I hear about from others, the cleanup was exceptional. One of my neighbors even commented, “What a ‘well-oiled machine’ – everyone knew what to do and got it done in a professional way – no foul language, no loud conversations.” (In fact, she was so impressed, she made them cookies!) 🙂 I LOVE my new roof, shutters, skirting and doors!!!
